Multi Media Workshops
Friday, October 23, 2009, 05:40 AM - WORKSHOPS
From march 2006 to september 2007 I provided Multi Media Lessons and Workshop's as Visual Communication Lecturer in the Raffles Design Institute at DongHua University Campus Shanghai and in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)/Vietnam.
So I got the idea to create Multi Media Workshop's here in Shanghai; as Crash-Courses for beginners to start & run their first projects.
Possible Themes could be:
Production - Camera, Light, Shot-Framing & Visual Rules.
Timelapse - create dramatic highspeed movies.
Final Cut Pro - Editing, from Setup to Delivering an HD Program.
Shake - Tracking , Keying, Speedchange and Color Correction.
Motion - Simulation of complex particle animations without any keyframe. Animatics for TVC & Feature.
Cinema4d - Modeling, Texture Mapping, Animation, Light + Camera & Rendering.
Logic - soundtrack secrets.
Please tell me with an comment what do YOU would like to learn or what you are interesting in.
Best regards,
Xteve

Shanghai Timelapse, Nikon D90, Nikkor AF 50mm, f1.4D
Saturday, October 17, 2009, 09:15 AM - 2009
I love doing TIME LAPSE Photography with nikon d90 Still Picture Camera. Controlled byMacBookPro, every parameter can be set with an direct preview on the screen (10 meters away from the camera). The huge benefit of this technique is to aquire nearly unlimited time of footage bigger than 4k, of course with an Super35 style feel.

Within Red-Lounge(the integrated agency that created Coca-Cola China's Beijing Olympic work), Leo Burnett and ARC Worldwide, I am proud to present my work about one of the most exiting Multimedia Productions in asia.
A 20-ton, 15-meter-high, LED Coca-Cola bottle (the largest and most advanced of its kind) positioned under the biggest LED "SKY SCREEN" in Asia.
I created tons of Motion Graphic Animations CONTENT for this super over sized SKY SCREEN at "The Place" in beijing, used as interactive elements of the coca cola shuang zone while the olympic games in china 2008.
Here the HOT TEST of the animation content I created to fill this street-long screen in 40 meters height.
